In the spring of 2015, life threw challenges my way. I turned to my workplace hoping to find support. I envisioned access to healthy meals, housekeeping services, and other essentials that would have helped me navigate that challenging time. But those subsidized resources simply didn’t exist. That experience stayed with me. It wasn’t just about what I needed then—it was about what so many employees need during life’s seasons.

Fast forward to 2020. With the backing of my former employer, I turned that vision into reality and launched Workind—the turnkey solution I once needed, now designed to serve others.

Today, I’m grateful to be surrounded by a great team, a skilled board, and top-tiers partners who share the same mission. Together, we’ve built a flexible, customized solution that empowers employers who meaningfully care about their people and reshape the future of work.
