Hi! My name is Farnel, and I’m the entrepreneur behind Workind.
Back in the spring of 2015, I was going through a difficult time in my life. I turned to my employer, an Employer of Choice, for help. I would have liked to have access to healthy meals and housekeeping, among other things, but no such service was available.
In 2020, with the support of my former employer, I decided to create Workind, the turnkey solution I would have needed.
Today, I'm surrounded by an extraordinary team, a skilled board of directors and high-quality partners. Together, we've developed a flexible, customized solution that cater to the needs of caring employers and their employees. Let’s team up!
Workind’s long story short
Farnel worked on Workind’s first iteration from her apartment in Montréal.
2020
2021
Workind launched its MVP and started a pilot project with the National Bank of Canada.
2022
Workind partnered with Cascades to develop a 2nd version of its platform.
2023
Workind welcomed its first U.S. users.
2024
Workind welcomed its first board and completed a first round of financing to commercialize its platform.
